Our 1300 square foot
well-equipped and very comfortable condo is on the third floor of a four-story
elevated building. It has views of the waterway that separates Treasure Island
from St. Petersburg Beach. In the evening, the city lights provide a delightful
backdrop. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a well-furnished living/dining room, a
good sized and thoughtfully-equipped kitchen, a separate breakfast area and an
open lanai. It is nicely furnished with traditional Florida bamboo, art
and accessories, wall-papered walls, new tile entry and kitchen floors and
state-of-the-art technology.
The apartment has cable
television in the living room and master bedroom, a DVD and VCR player, cable broadband internet
access.

Living-Dining Room

The Living Room has two
bamboo sofas (one a convertible), a bamboo glass-topped coffee table, a bamboo
barrel chair, and TV/VCR/DVD in an open bamboo cabinet.
The Dining Area
has a rectangular glass-topped bamboo table with six chairs and an attractive chandelier. There is an
open shelving unit with accessories an assortment of games and books.

The small open lanai has
a table & 4 chairs plus 2 small tables that also serve as footstools.
The waterway views and the community on the far side are rarely
boring.
| Kitchen - Breakfast Room
|
The well-equipped "cooks" kitchen includes
all the usual appliances plus a cuisinart, coffee-maker, blender and mixer.
There is service for eight in dishes, flatware, and glassware plus an
assortment of serving plates and bowls. A set of quality kitchen knives,
good pots, pans and bake-ware, and a basic spice rack are also provided.
| Bedrooms
The master bedroom has the same views of the
waterway as the living room. An angled door provides direct access. There is
a large en-suite bathroom with separate dressing room, and walk-in closet . The
bedroom has a king size bed, two nightstands, reading lamps, a large dresser
with mirror, and a pull-up chair. There is
a cable television and broadband access.
The
comfortable second bedroom has two twin beds, a
dresser, plus a night table and reading lamps. The second bath has a
five foot stall shower.

| Miscellaneous
There
is a washer-dryer in the unit. All linens - sheets, towels, beach towels, kitchen towels -
plus beach chairs, beach umbrella, an iron and ironing board, and vacuum
cleaner. Please, no smoking inside the apartment.

We regret that tenants are not permitted to bring pets.
